About
Born and raised in Greensboro NC, Merryn began drawing and painting as a child around her Grandmother’s art table. Her continued interest led her to a BFA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2012. Wading through the occulted mysteries of art and history Merryn’s art practice is an expression of the desire to be in service to the re-enchantment of the world. Merryn is a Mom and Wife to a neurodiverse family, a lover of nature, a Latin and Greek enthusiast and an Astrologer. Along with her fine art practice Merryn runs an Etsy store of stylized cat drawings called No Hard Felines Art. She is a member is of the Portrait Society of America.
